Walk-ins are always welcome for Salon services; however, we do prefer appointments to ensure that we can dedicate the necessary time and attention to your specific needs. Booking an appointment allows us to provide a more personalized and seamless experience tailored just for you.

Walk-ins are welcome at our medical spa. However, consultations are subject to availability. While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to ensure a convenient time for your consultation. This allows us to dedicate the necessary time and attention to fully understand your needs and provide personalized recommendations.

If you’re in the area and would like to stop by, feel free to do so. If we have availability, we’ll be happy to assist you on the spot. Otherwise, we can help you schedule the next available consultation time.

Out of courtesy for your stylist, we kindly ask that you give 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. If more than 24 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day or last-minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you were scheduled, and a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for understanding our policy; it is in place to respect the time of the artists as well as other clients waiting for appointments.

All deposits will be non-transferable if the appointment is no-showed or canceled beyond the 24-hour policy. All cancellations must be made via our online booking system or in response to your text confirmation. No voicemails or Instagram messages will be accepted.

There are NO REFUNDS on any hair, extension, lash, body contouring, body enhancement, brow, or body/skin services. Unopened hair/skin care products can be exchanged within 30 days for an item of the same value.

We cherish you and your little ones! While our salon and med spa are bustling with activity, having children under 12 presents unique challenges. Our environment includes hot tools, chemicals, medications, and sharp objects, and we lack childcare facilities, making it difficult to ensure their safety.

To prioritize everyone’s well-being, we kindly ask that children under 12 do not accompany you during your visit. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Clients who bring children without supervision may need to reschedule, and a late cancellation fee may be applied.
